No good for sanity to open one email with a remittance advice for my refund and to see it was only for $577.00 But then I opened the other one and there was the rest of the money. But there was panic there for nigh on a minute. My poor fragile sanity.

I'm feeling very blue today. I even played some Final Fantasy X which I haven't played in about two years. Ah, that ridiculous, stupid game. How I love it.

I need to go to the shops and get cat food and stuffff and I'm like bllaahhhhhh get off your ass, Lara! Christ.

(Do not let me buy DVDs, willpower. Come on. Work for me!)

I am going to repeat what I said here about stupid days and their stupid customs.

April 1st is tomorrow here. And the day after everywhere else. If you play jokes on me, I will hate you for life. I am the most gullible person in the world, I don't get sarcasm, and I fricking HATE April 1st. If you want to be original, save it for another day (or...like...don't be an ass).

DO NOT play jokes on me. I am not kidding. My nerves are shot as it is.

Sorry that comments are off, but I don't want to discuss this as it'll just get me more worked up. I just feel the need to vent but I am SO beyond not interested in perpetuating drama which is why I am not commencing an argument on a post which isn't ABOUT this at all. This isn't an argument. It's my opinion and I need to express it somewhere or I won't be able to concentrate on my essay because I'll be stewing.

Lara....why do you think it's a good idea to erase and synch your iPod to your new computer ten minutes before you are supposed to leave? You have nearly 4,000 songs on your new computer (so far) and you know it takes more than ten minutes to do that.

At least it is school holidays, so it doesn't matter if I don't leave before 8 today. This just means I won't have a half an hour sit-down in the foyer of the Social Work building. Which maybe isn't so bad afterall but I wish the thing would hurry up!

I didn't wake up on time this morning! I still managed to get to work 5 minutes before nine, thanks to the lovely Lewi. But usually I am an hour early, so this was most distressing. I have to say though...it feels like I've been here for about ten minutes, and it's already almost 2, which leaves only 3 hours left.

Weird.

Maybe I should sleep in every day?! (Watch Lewi negate this 'plan' with utter vehemency.)

WOW some people make me so sad for humans. I just hate it when people have blinders on, and they can't see it. It's crappy. And I'm worrying about someone who has treated me with SO little regard; I wish I didn't have the empathy I do. Unfortunately, I was cursed with it. So...may you not be 'rewarded' with the Karma you deserve, even though it might just make you a better human being in the process.

*sigh*

Anyway, I'm home in Melbourne! And I spent almost the entire afternoon sleeping on the sofa! I want to re-watch the Most Haunted episodes of the places I visited, so I can laugh at their antics while now knowing the place. Eeeeiiii!

I miss my girls. Leah and Ali and I had supreme cuddles in the Christchurch airport! They're so awesome! And I got Jensnuggles for giving her an NW with RPattz in it, and Cath snuggles before I left, and that was awesome! I did not, however, catch some Ness-snuggles before she left after crashing on Friday, but they can be online ones!!

And I am now an addict of Battlestar Galactica, The IT Crowd, and The Flying Burrito Brothers (that is a restaurant...)

Being back is weird. My STUFF is here. So strange. Anyway, that'd be the end of my 2009 trip updates, alas. On with the show.
