No good for sanity to open one email with a remittance advice for my refund and to see it was only for $577.00 But then I opened the other one and there was the rest of the money. But there was panic there for nigh on a minute. My poor fragile sanity.

I'm feeling very blue today. I even played some Final Fantasy X which I haven't played in about two years. Ah, that ridiculous, stupid game. How I love it.

I need to go to the shops and get cat food and stuffff and I'm like bllaahhhhhh get off your ass, Lara! Christ.

(Do not let me buy DVDs, willpower. Come on. Work for me!)

Eating grapes can improve your willpower. I read a 7 page article today and learned that little tidbit.

Also, artificial sweeteners DESTROY willpower, because the brain needs glucose to HAVE willpower, and giving it the fake stuff makes it freak out and demand even more glucose, which makes you eat even more sweet (but artificially sweet) stuff.. creating a vicious cycle of bad eating AND bad decisions!

If that was the case though, I would have been like this since I turned 18 and my hypoglycaemia got bad! I was tested for a virus and it was positive. Though the sleeping instead of eating can't be HELPING things!

Glucose is fascinating, though I have been hearing about it from doctors and nurses for over a decade now!
