I just made the BEST potatoes with garlic, onions, thyme, and basil. And butter. OMG. I only wish I'd had rosemary and pepper! But that was awesome.

Now I'm watching Mean Girls. This afternoon I took a nap in my own bed. It was awesome. Then Poe peed on it....but whatever. He's small!

Oh, Jonathan Bennett. You are quite adorable.

Tomorrow I am going shopping! For pepper. Because I need it! And something other than tuna, even if I do love the stuff.

I cut the potatoes up into small pieces (like when making mashed potatoes), boiled them, drained them, then I just added the fresh garlic, onions, thyme and basil. I didn't cook that. I like it all better fresh. THEN I put butter all over the top and mushed it all together :D

I used to make it with garlic salt, pepper and sour cream, but I had to improvise and this was totally better!

OMG I want more because I'm a pig :D

I made it with white potatoes this time, and I could keep the skins on. I used to use brown ones which I had to skin first.

Yes! lucky =) I don't have any pepper in my pepper shaker =( we have a grinder, one of those bought ones, and it's hard to make that go in a shaker. Wooooeeees
