I cut the potatoes up into small pieces (like when making mashed potatoes), boiled them, drained them, then I just added the fresh garlic, onions, thyme and basil. I didn't cook that. I like it all better fresh. THEN I put butter all over the top and mushed it all together :D

I used to make it with garlic salt, pepper and sour cream, but I had to improvise and this was totally better!

OMG I want more because I'm a pig :D

I made it with white potatoes this time, and I could keep the skins on. I used to use brown ones which I had to skin first.
