I just watched Casanova with David Tennant in it. BRILLIANT even if the timeline is all muddled. Now I want to watch the version with Heath Ledger to compare them. And I downloaded his memoirs to read on my Kindle App.

At the beginning of the translation there is a note that says, "Caution, these works are not intended for children and may outrage readers who are also offended by Chaucer, La Fontaine and the Old Testament."

LOL.

If you're offended by the Bible, DON'T READ ABOUT CASANOVA'S SEXINGS. I suppose they DO have a point; if not a weird one.

Oh and Merry Christmas :)

I have mp3s somewhere of Benny reading Casanova. I can't listen to them because it's instaboner.

He's magic and I love his stories. I love the movies about him. Heath's was pretty good too, but I think the problem with that is that it had to meet studio/MPAA ratings systems and they had to cut a lot of the really interesting things out, but it's still pretty good for what it is. Not as good as Johnny Depp's Don Juan, though.

Merry Christmas to you too, my bb!

OH MAN. That's AMAZING.

He's awesome, but yes that would be a problem. I like that apparently the BBC had no problem airing interesting things! And David is so gorgeously adorable. And I loved Don Juan!

MERRY CHRISTMAS <3

It IS pretty darn awesome, the old Beebs.

I LOVE YOU TOO! My mother just sent me to bed. "You look like you're dying. Go to bed." And people wonder where I get my inability to be subtle ever!

Johnny Depp's Don Juan is just... oh my god. I had so many pants-feelings happening watching that.
