I was going to answer this all... We get drunk and bitch about how stupid Americans are. But I resisted the urge. Barely.

I read through the answers which were like 'it could mean your countries' independence day!' in which case it's a grammar fail and should read 'How do you celebrate your countries' day of independence?' You know. Assuming your country has one.
