It's only July and already I'm all sad I'll be leaving my kitty for two weeks in August. My little Ariadne. I don't wanna :(

She's curled up on me right now, watching the mouse with intense fascination and it's adorable and darnit why can't I take her with me!!? Murgh. I lost a cat once and a piece of my heart went with her. I tend to get hyper about this now. Wah.



She seems less concerned ;)

So I was creeping through your Ariadne tags because 1) I love animals and 2) I wanted to find out what kind of animal Ariadne was.

So this is a fly-by OH MY GOD YOUR CAT IS SO PERTY ;o; comment. Tortoiseshells are some of the prettiest cats in the world. My Felicia was a deluded tortoiseshell.

I am amused by her tagged posts too because she's a strange animal. She makes me laugh and I love her. I've only had her since April, but we were SO made for each other.

Thank you!! Torties and darker calicos are my favourite cats! When I saw her picture on the cat rescue website I had to have her. She's even prettier when not making a funny face too ;) There's a video of her somewhere that the cat rescue people put up (meaning it is NOT my hand in the video...) though that might just be tagged with 'kitty!'. My tags are often random...
